BIRDIES LEAGUE
The birdies league is contested throughout the year and points are scored for birdies, eagles and albatrosses achieved on our golf days.  There are both gross and nett versions of the prize.  1 point is awarded per birdie, 2 points per eagle and 3 points for an albatross.

LEAGUE CUP
The league cup is awarded to the most consistent golfer of the year.  The best four scores are taken from each player over the year.  At each golf day points are scored depending on your final placing.

MATCHPLAY KNOCKOUT
We organise a matchplay competition for our members to contest.  The competition takes the form on an initial league stage followed by further knockout rounds for the quarters, semis and final.

BUNGS MASTERS
The Masters is contested by those who have won a recent BUNGS trophy. This is to be run in conjunction with the BUNGS Championship, with all winners from the previous calendar year (including the matchplay winner) along with the current years winners to date being eligible for the prize.

MOST IMPROVED PLAYER
We have recently introduced a prize for the player whose handicap as come down the most during the entire golf year.

2's SWEEP
A 2's sweep is organised at every golf day and £5 is awarded for each 2 scored (£10 if there are only two 2's and £20 it's the only 2 of the day).

DRIVING RANGE LEAGUE
A  driving range league was organised for society members which ran for five weeks during January and February.  The range league tests all aspects of your golf game including: driving, long irons, short irons, chipping, bunker shots & putting
