Challenge Trophy Friday 21st October 2011
Druids Heath Golf Club, Aldridge
Our final event of the 2010/2011 season takes place at Druids
Heath Golf Club, Aldridge on Friday 21st October where we will
be competing for the Challenge Trophy (27 hole stableford).
This day will cost £55 and includes: Coffee
and bacon sandwich on arrival (8.15 - 8.30) 9 hole stableford
in the morning (1st tee-time 9.00) Soup and sandwich lunch
(11.00 – 12.00 approx) 18 hole stableford in the afternoon
(1st tee-time 12.00) Two course meal followed by prize giving
(6.00 approx) Roast Beef; Rhubarb Crumble
If you wish to attend this event, please return the bottom
portion of the letter with the full payment of £55 by no later
than Friday 14th October.
Please note that jacket, shirt and tie are not required for the
evening meal but a change of clothes should be worn.
Druids Heath is a testing undulating heathland course, and
despite only being open since 1974, it is set in mature grounds
with many natural hazards and long par 4's and fast well
protected greens. It’s a truly challenging course that will
test golfers of all standards.

GOLF DAY CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that there is always the
chance that, due to adverse weather in the days preceding a golf
day, a course may be closed or have a trolley ban. If there is
a problem then, wherever possible, those with email will be
informed and information will be posted on the website. However,
it is ultimately up to you to check if a course is open or has
any restrictions by phoning the club (not Steve
HANDICAP CERTIFICATES
For those of you who are members of a golf club, please remember to keep a copy of
your handicap certificate in your bag at all times. This is just in case a course requests that we provide them before play.
